Children’s Halloween Concert Ticket Giveaway
Here’s the latest scoop from the Austin Symphony website about the Children’s Halloween Concert on October 28th at 2:00pm!
“What Austin tradition is creepy and crawly, yet not too spooky for the little ones and still exciting and enlightening for the whole family? It’s fun-filled and educational, with classical music that will leave you shakin’ in your boots: The Austin Symphony presents it annual Halloween Children’s Concert, sponsored by Bank of America and Blue Bell Creameries. This concert is a wonderful chance for you to introduce your children to the wonders of live orchestral music and also a great opportunity to wear costumes and have tons of fun.
This year’s concert will feature the delightful tale of Little Red Riding Hood. Also on the program will be music from “The Phantom of the Opera,” and other Halloween favorites that will delight young audiences such as “Night on Bald Mountain.” Children will also be introduced to various instruments in the orchestra and learn about the music being performed. With surprising special effects and classical favorites, families will never want to leave! Although the program is designed mainly for families with children between the ages of 3 and 10, the atmosphere will spark excitement and imagination in listeners of all ages when stepping through the front door. Kids and their families are invited to wear their costumes to the concert! Blue Bell Creameries will provide sweet treats for everyone after the concert!
